Application Requirements
Other application requirements:
Photocopy of a current student ID card. 350 words about your documentary photo project including who, what, where, when, and why must be included.
Include the project title on the essay.

Additional information:
  • 12 to 20 scanned photos, film or digital, saved 4 to an 8 1/2 x11 in PDF, DOC, DOCX, or JPEG format.
  • The medium of capture is not important.
  • Subject matter should clearly document a person, group of people, place, event, or happening of social relevance.
  • NOTE: You will only be able to upload one image file so copy and paste, or use insert to collect all your images in one document saved in one of the above formats.
  • You may use as many pages in the one document as necessary.
  • One photo per page is recommended but not required.
